- Fusao Takeichi founded a sole ownership store named”Fujitake Shokai'”to take advantage of the prospective future of plastic resin.

- Re-organized business as a limited company with the capital of 150,000 yen.
- September, 1951
- Separated the chemical department from”Fujitake Shokai” and found”Fujitake Co.,Ltd.” with the capital of 1.8 million yen.
- September, 1955
- Changed the company name to “Fujiko Co., Ltd.”
- December, 1955
- Merged and acquired “Nagoya Harako Shokai Co., Ltd.” which was one of the sales agents of Mitsubishi Monsanto Chemical Co., Ltd. in Chubu area.
- April, 1958
- Founded a subsidiary named”Fuji Resin Kako Co.,Ltd.” at Nishi-ku, Nagoya-city and started producing and selling of Fuji Pellet.
- September, 1962
- Founded “Sankyo Kasei Sangyo Co., Ltd.” on the base of Fujiko Co., Ltd. by acquiring its business, employees and all other business interests.The following 4 companies; Mitsubishi Monsanto Chemical Co., Ltd., Mitsubishi Plastics, Inc., Mitsubishi Corporation, and Mitsubishi Rayon Co., Ltd. have participated in paying capital.Total capital was 25 million yen.

- Founded the second subsidiary named “Sansei Kako Co., Ltd.” at Nakagawa-ku, Nagoya-city and started producing and selling of fabricated products by injection forming process.
- March, 1970
- Completed a new plant of “Fuji Resin Kako Co., Ltd.” at Miyoshi-cho, Aichi-ken and started receiving an order of blending and colouring of various plastic materials.
- July, 1971
- Opened a new training center ‘Kisokoma-Sanso’.

- Opened a warehouse in Yatsurugi-cho, Iwakura-city, Aichi-ken.

- Built a Hitachi office in Ayukawa-cho, Hitachi-city.

- Published “30 year’s history of Sankyo Kasei Sangyo Co., Ltd. “

- To celebrate 30th anniversary, built the headquarters named “Chikubu-Building” at Nakamura-ku, Nagoya-city.
